PATH OF THE HEART

Path of the Heart workshop gives time and space to witness what is sacred - a person's own emotions and feeling states.   Using ecstatic movement to create a light trance-state, our work will collapse the boundaries of the ego to free the authentic expressions of the self.   The shamanic awakening invites areas that are blocked or wounded to become portals into the spirit world. In addition to teaching Path of the Heart, I work with Soul Retrieval and emphasize the importance of integration. I invite clients seeking a Soul Retrieval to bring a trusted friend with them for the ceremony. I have found that by inviting a sacred witnessing to the Soul Retrieval the client has a deeper point of reference, trust and support of the experience. This year I am emphasizing the co-creation of all rituals with my clients.
 
My shamanic sessions are primarily held at Sagrada Wellness Yoga Retreat www.sagradawellness.com.  This retreat is five minutes from my home and offers tranquil connection to the environment.
